It only means that rolo for some reason wont sign back no matter what. Getting a ready to contribute center like monroe is an advantage to get back lma. But i cant understand why rolo hasnt be seriously pursued by portland since hes best buddies with lma. Maybe he wants to go to ny where there are the best comic book stores and hus nerd bro.
Someone in PHX sent Woj a wire transfer of $30k to post that tweet. Then ESPN Aldridge piggy backed Woj
All I can say is the Harden/Howard hate is REAL! Next you'll tell me he's seriously interested in NY. Spurs? Fine. Would suck but totally get it. Re-signing back in Portland? Okay, whatever. Lakers? Doesn't make sense but "it's LA". Phoenix?
I really don't get the infatuation with Tyson Chandler. If I'm Morey I'm sending LMA youtube links of the first round where the Rockets forwards and centers decided to have a dunking contest.
Tough to believe. Of course, we would need Bledsoe more than Portland (assuming a sign and trade). But still...hard to believe.
Is Monroe an advantage for LMA? I think those two next to each other would be an atrocious fit. Monroe doesn't play a lot of D.
It's a bit of a stretch to say that rumors that LMA is considering PHX validates rumors that people don't like James and Dwight
Man that would be perfect if he signed with PHX and we somehow got Bledsoe. We get better at the position we need with a guy on a much better contract and the Spurs/Mavs/LAL/Blazers all get screwed. Glorious....
I think the media likely overreacts to every positive piece of information following a free agent meeting. Sure, Phoenix can make a decent case as a free agent destination and could feasibly be in the mix for a lot of guys. That doesn't mean Aldridge is going to sit down after all this meetings, weigh the Suns against San Antonio, Houston or Portland and go, "Clearly Phoenix offers the best situation for me." Logically, Phoenix has to be somewhere like third or fourth on his list at this point.
