    Leverage to force a sign and trade. If the team he wants to go to doesn't have cap room, he can say trade me to HOU or I sign with PHX and you get nothing.

    What's sad is that all these guys chasing money. But Howard took less money for a real chance to win with Houston and he was bashed and called a puxxy. Shows the commitment that Howard actually has for winning.

    In Phoenix, Aldridge will get 20+ FGA a game whereas in Houston he'd get maybe 16.

    If those extra 4 shots per game and feeling like "the man" really convince him of going to Phoenix over Houston, I would be shocked. Howard >>> Chandler and Harden >>>>>>>>>>>> Knight.

    Maybe Phoenix brought in ASU co-eds during their meeting? Probably more effective than Adam Levine.

    ? With phoenix too he needs a sign and trade. Only the spurs and the fakers and the knicks can sign him outright. And bledsoe alone is better than all we could send them back.

    wouldnt mind if LMA lands in Phoenix him landing in SA will mean if the Spurs are healthy the west (and maybe even the title) is theirs to lose. Figure OKC to be back near the top if they are heathly next season. That would place three teams easily above the Rockets in the west - GSW, SA and OKC.

    He's actually making the same or more money because he lives in a state with no income tax. Half his games are not taxed, only road games. What he's missing out on is a 5 year contract. But he has the ability to opt out next year and sign a bigger contract.

    Basically, WTH are you talking about taking less money?
