collison would be great. he can run the pick and roll as well as any pg and can shoot the 3 well (little over 36% for his career). ball handling is great and he'll be able to play well with dwight when harden is on the bench. dont know much about his defense but huge offensive upgrade over bev

People underrate Mills and Joseph. I'd rather add both of them actually over Beverly. If SA needs to clear space to sign LMA (assuming he chooses them) I'd be fine to trade them Prigs contract+pick for Mills and then sign Joseph in restricted FA if they are not matching anymore.
