If the dont get love and since dj is almost for sure a mav they should make an offer to both harris and monroe. Harris for cheap coz he has huge incentives in his nike contract. So like 11 per. It would be better if the magic get millsap first. Thats what i would do at least.
Spiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin control there Ramona..... pull that kielbasa out of your oink hole and be honest for a change.
If love signs with the lakers and they get noone else the la media machine will have to work in overloard to save him from the pr disaster. And he will be the joke of the league anyway among the players. Imo.
Bird in hand!! This is why Morey tries every year to get a star. Yes we all want Durant next year, but are we going to get him? we just dont know!! if we have a shot of getting a star now then we have to do it, even if it costs us the "possibility" of Durant next year.
Of course you try to get a star now. But the only ones out there are Aldridge and Love. Aldridge is looking like he's going to the Spurs. And Love frankly ain't worth the trouble(or money). I hope Morey doesn't panic. We're not coming off a first round flop like last year. This is a 56-win team that won their division and got to the WCF despite missing 2 starters.
Hard to get one over on the Lakers. Last night, meeting went great and Aldridge was all set to sign with them. Now, they "knew Spurs were the frontrunners." Tomorrow, they'll be saying they didn't want LaMarcus anyway.
Did they even meet? Can we confirm that? Was this the meeting?:

Still no word on how the meeting went with Rockets and LaMarcus Aldridge.
