don't forget that Chandler Parsons may or may not have had microfracture surgery this offseason. If they sign Matthews, that means both their wings are coming off major injuries. Huge question marks...

Sorry thought that was an expression? We cant be selective when picking off the scubs. He is one of the best 6th men.
It's not just Durant next summer. Al Horford, Batum, Al Jefferson, Noah, Mozgov, Drummond (RFA), Mike Conley, etc. will be free agents. You have to keep some flexibility when those guys are available. Think of it this way: Morey's flexibility enabled him to get Brewer and sign Smith last year. If those players move on I have faith that Morey can/will find contributing players for next year at some point in time. We started the season with Robert Covington and Tariq Black on the roster for God's sake. Morey will do what he needs to do to keep us competitive all the while keeping options open.
Hey Cyber are you based out of LA? Just curious? And how much of this hoopla with big names and Houston is just MOrey continuing the "here we are" machine to ALL big name FA's so when the time truly is right they will always be on the back of all potential 'big names' minds. I never thought before the FA period that we were in the hunt for anything, not as much as last year at least with Bosh.
Haha!! I hate when we play the Clippers because everytime he shoots I think its going to go in... But it would be nice if we could get him for a good price scoring for our second unit!
Exactly. If I were Cuban I would have looked at Robin Lopez at a cheaper rate and use the rest of my resources to solidify my other positions. But he's all about the Big Name just like his NFL counterpart.

Thank you. He only accepted to sit down with the lakers though. Denied quit a few teams if the reports are true.
No Love. Please. Just keep the core together and get a PG. Please tell me Morey is not gonna neglect that position for yet another season. Harden even asked him to address it once and for all.
Cyber just said they are trying to schedule meeting with Love at this moment. The news on Love has been super quiet which makes me think he is most likely going to be back with Cavs but who knows.
