Frankly I would be surprised if last nights meeting was much more than a courtesy meeting. LMA to Houston is a HUGE long shot. Probably no updates because nothing interesting came about. Simple presentation by our boys and a thank you for your time from LMA. The end.

Tjones for frye is way too good for orlando. Gotta ask back for fournier or harkless. But if i were morrey i would wait till february and buy them both at half price. Skiles is about to have a firesale on everyone there who doesnt play defence (like frye)

It's kind of weird to me... but (1) meeting probably ended pretty late, (2) national media is probably pretending like we didn't meet with him so they don't have to acknowledge our existence, and (3) last year there was tons of positive feedback following our meeting with Melo last year, so it probably doesn't really matter.

Another guy I'd watch is Mike Scott. Since the Hawks only have early bird rights on Millsap and Carroll, they may need to clear cap room to keep them.

Scott hit 44% from the field, and 34% from 3. He signed for 2 more years at $3 million per. If we can get him for cheap, why not?

Rhyno has positive value frye has negative. Rhyno expires frye goes one for many years and cuts into the cap. But with gentry rhyno its very doubtful will be traded now.

We already get smashed on the defensive boards and make Blake Griffin look like the MVP. No Frye, please. And why am I even talking about that in this thread now? Jesus.

With all the activity yesterday, its kind of odd that we haven't heard anything about Smoove. Any rumblings?

I figure if we start hearing movement from our end on llull, brewer, smith and bev, its a pretty good indication of how the meeting went.

The Rockets have been pretty quiet since the draft.

Smith is like 3-4rth tier fa thats why lol his time will come when the big fish have been grabbed. But yeah so far no reported interest from any other team is def good. Either they have been given the message he wants to stay here or that we will pay the mle to retain him.

Millsap's deal will be of similar value for production by next summer. I don't find this to be a dumb deal at all - his game should have legs

More curious is Orlando's offer to someone that isn't likely to elevate them to playoff status.
