I've been watching the Astros since the mid-70s. The only prospect I can remember who made baseball look easy, like it was just coarsing through his veins, was Caesar Cedeno. (And JR Richard, but for different physical reasons.) (Off the top of my head...) Thon, Caminiti, Biggio, Bagwell, Hidalgo, Berkman - even Springer, there's a hint of effort; you can see the gears working and propelling them. But not Correa - he seems so incredibly natural, like baseball is to him what breathing is to a human. It just oozes out of him. We're staring down the barrel of a potentially transcendent star, the likes of which we haven’t seen in these parts since… I don’t even know if I’ve *ever* seen a player this effortless. Please, for the love of all that is holy, keep Mike Torrez away from him…… (Sorry, MadMax…)

My wife and I were there as well. I can still remember hearing the thunk of the ball hitting the helmet.

Kid continues to impress. Amazing first 20 games. I know it's so early but he is on pace for 40+ doubles and 20+ homers and there aren't too many shortstops that have ever done that over a FULL season and he COULD do it in around 100 games.
i like the one with correa 2. and altuve 3. jose altuve? 50% of the forum faints, the other go into seizures. lucky to have both of them. correa has been everything I expected, half god half amazing.
