    I think because we all discount the future, we would prefer to contend now than contend in the future..Also the fact that we 'have' Harden and Howard now, means we would not like losing them in order to obtain an equal amount of talent - refer to 'Prospect Theory'.


    The question seemed dumb at first, but if you think about it closely, Wiggins and Towns and all the pieces that the wolves have, with probably another lottery pick next year, they are gonna be really good! The only question is, can there be sufficient leadership in the organisation to develop these players?

    The question is do you want to wait 5 years while Towns and Wiggins mature? The question not only seemed dumb but it is actually dumb a team like the Rockets have waited 20 years to become a contender again, and you want to rebuild from scratch for one guy who currently plays like Ariza and a rookie who hasn't even played 1 minute? Its not just about talent, its also about waiting x years to go to this exact situation the Rox are in again. You don't even know if Wiggins and Towns will achieve the same level as Dwight and Harden lmao.

    why r there so many stupid fans?
    These guys always discuss to trade the players for someone.
    Yeah, NBA is a business, but no team(of course included in Houston Rockets) and no GM(included in Morey) will trade their team's core players
    Any team needs chemistry and time to win
    Too many cluthfans don't deserve to be a fan
