Man Karter is just totally clueless at the plate right now. I just don't understand why Singleton is not being given a chance right now. Are they trying to figure out what to do with the roster before bringing Singleton up?
Funny because that's the sort of info that they used to "have" to show previously before people had the day's lineup posted on their facebook/twitter/instagram feeds 2 hours before the game. I'd say its 2015, you're already on the internet... you should be able to find out easily who's up next.

No, its not (you've just grown "used" to it because that's how it was previously done)... and you're already online and with the effort you've made to make two posts, you could have easily figured it out (or if you'd been watching the game, you'd pretty much know the lineups by now). ROOT uses the same format for all their sports channels... just because its a "new" channel in Houston doesn't mean they're just making it up.
The majority of people watching the game aren't following along somewhere else. Showing the lineup would be useful.
I agree with this, it's not that hard to put the guys due up on the screen, they actually even do it on occasion.
