Why the Rockets wouldn't expect to not get straight answers at this point in the Summer with him still playing for Real Madrid in tourney is beyond me. The Rockets should be smarter than that. Him and his agents know that the Rockets are going to make other moves in the next 2 weeks that will determine: A. What the Roster looks like with PT ahead of him in the rotation and B. If they are able to get the rest of their salary in line so they clearly have an offer to give Llull. If I was Sergio, I would wait to give clear answers as well. Plus I'd kind of want to focus on finishing up my basketball first. He met with Prigioni over dinner the other day apparently to discuss Houston so we know its still on his mind regardless but Llull will be signed IN FREE AGENCY. There is no reason on earth that it wouldn't be in his best interest to wait on the Rockets to clear a path for me first, and figure out their other roster situations first. What would be the purpose of giving early commitments that works out well for Sergio Llull???
Love would want to know that Kobe is going to be done this or next year. He doesnt like his shot selection.
I knew Love was going to opt out as soon as that idiot, Basketballtrollic, said that he thinks that there is only 25% chance he will opt out. The man/thing was born to be wrong about everything yet gloat about it.
Love opting out doesn't mean **** for us though. Unless we Cut: Papaniko, Prigs Renounce: Brewer, Smith, Beverley, Terry, McDaniels Trade for no salary in return: Ariza Just to be able to get the chance to sign Love.
I don't even care. I just find it amusing when a basketballholic prediction goes up in flames (again) and then he spins out of it. Always good times.
Makes sense, no one wants to play with Kobe, but I think this year is going to be his last, so I don't think that would stop him.

What are the rockets gonna do for pg? On the podcast it sounded like the rox were intrested in lowry or lawson is there good chance we get either or we do something else for pg cyberx?
that n plus Kobe is not gonna stay healthy, he'll b lucky if he even plays 40 games, so Love is probably a Laker.
I don't have any doubt that Morey could make it happen if Love or Aldridge agrees to sign with the Rockets. I just don't have much confidence at all that they would pick the Rockets.
cyberx, have you talked to anyone in the league that does like Kobe's shot selection? That'd be some real inside knowledge.
Has he zeroed in on those two teams (Lakers, Celtics)? (Why is it always the fabled teams in the rumors? At least the Knicks weren't mentioned.) Or would James Harden's shot selection make any sort of difference?
Agreed. I don't think another star is going to pick Houston. We have our two best players (unfortunately) and we need to strike gold on the roster around them.
Seriously. If Love signs with another team. (Which Basketballhollic stated there was a .0000000001% chance of happening) can we officially muzzle him? I'm not bothered by people making predictions or guesses. But when you act like your prediction or GUESS, isn't a guess or prediction but rather a FACT or insider info it gets really annoying. The he feels he's justified to tell other posters that their guesses and predictions are wrong, it's just too much. He's been wrong about damn near everything.
