I guess it's open to interpretation since they ruled it an error.

Sucks that Marwin got the error there…he made a great play.

And nice review to get Pujols out…saved us a run.

Lols, the ump doesn't see that, neither does the batter. He could've been rung up without complaint, sometimes with 2 strikes you have to protect the plate and hit a pitchers' pitch, either of the ones I'm talking about were much more hittable than the one he struck out on.

Surprised they didn't give him a hit on that.

Looks like somebody at the nerd cave discovered that virtually every pop-up slide provides at least a split-second where the base-runner is off the bag.

There's really no physical way that Hinch can see that play in real time. He's being told to challenge it.

To allow Springer and Correa a chance to run. I like the idea of Altuve either batting with a runner in scoring position in the 1st or leading off the 2nd.

All 3 of Domingo Santana's hits at the MLB level have resulted in runs.

Springer and Correa still have a chance to run... and should run... when Altuve is at the plate.

There's probably not a better hit and run candidate in the lineup than Altuve.

His swing is soooo long though, if he can learn to pull his hands in a bit, watch out.

i love today's approach against santiago. he's a guy who throws a lot of pitches and doesn't really last past the 5th. i'm glad we're not striking out and fighting off these pitches.

Once Carlos learns to lay off of those clear Ball Four pitches he will walk a ton. You can already tell how good he is at working the count.

I love the chemistry of our team. The human tunnel/dance with the water thrown on the face of whoever hit the home run is awesome and shows how close the club house is with one another.
