Please stop talking about David Lee. We need to go after someone better. Like a pg and a playmaker.

Not too surprising re: Cyber's draft day trade commentary. IMO it's a fairly top heavy draft, with a number of teams right on the outskirts of the elite that have been rebuilding for a number of years. Teams looking for a quick rebuild could look to get a 2nd pick in the lottery.

Yep, his trade value is down. Would Morey be inclined to sell low?

Hopefully if we acquire Lee via free agency, Morey can trade T-Jones/K-Pap for a PG!

I would really like to get Shroder or Teague from ATL. I feel like if Millsap leaves, they'd covet T-Jones. Maybe K-Pap too if Carroll leaves!

He is a good player but I'm not sure how effective he would be playing off ball next to harden, id say Jeff Teague is more likely to part ways with Atlanta. I could be wrong though

Sorry cyber, but you got some bad info here. The stretch provision can only be used on contracts signed or extended under the current (2011) CBA. David Lee signed his contract during the 2010 offseason under the previous CBA, so this actually has zero possibility of happening.

    David Lee, no thanks.

One injury make Dmo's future cloudy? Against a guy who always gets injured.

A guy on the way up against a guy who already peaked and is on the way down.

Regarding DMo's back, I recall doctors giving his risk really low numbers from the outset. In other words, for being back surgery, his was minor and shouldn't alter his game.

DMo is a good passer, like Lee, but what is unique about Lee is his ability to put up big rebound numbers while posting decent numbers everywhere else on the box score. What is unique about DMo is his ability to protect the rim.

Personally, I stick with DMo unless you can get LMA. If you don't have LMA, you focus on upgrading the point.

We need to address the PG position immediately and hopefully not through the draft. There's gonna be a good PF at 18. I'm thinking at least Looney or Harrell will be there although I'd really like Lyles or Portis if they're there.

Also this kid Justin Anderson at the wing looks like he has the physical tools to actually get some minutes possibly his rookie year, he's got a Kawhi Leonard type body. Good defender and good catch and shoot guy that played in a very tough conference.
There will be some talent at #18 and #32 for sure which should yield some solid players if they keep both picks.

    I could see Indy @ #11 or Charlotte @ #9.

Also, I'd watch the Knicks. Something like Lawson and #7 for the #4 pick could make a lot of sense for both franchises.

He's certainly burned his bridges in Denver, and I expect he'll have a new team around Draft Night. I won't be surprised if the Kings make #6 available - they have awful/shortsighted ownership, are looking to make Cousins happy, are getting input from Karl, and have been in the lotto for what feels like a decade. That would be an absolute steal for a guy that clearly wants out and has obvious flaws.

You may be right but #6 seems like a tremendous amount to give up for Lawson.

He's 6'6" and a southpaw so I'm assuming physically similar to James. I think we get one of these PFs (Lyles, Looney, Portis, Harrell) in that order to replace TJones for a trade.

Depends who's there but if Mudiay is there, then no way I trade for Lawson.

YOU and 29 other teams wouldn't trade with Mudiay available, but we are talking about the Kings!
