Tyler told the news outlet that he last saw Roof about a week ago and knew he'd been planning something like the Charleston church attack "for six months." “He was big into segregation and other stuff,” Tyler told ABC News. “He said he wanted to start a civil war. He said he was going to do something like that and then kill himself.”
Here is a problem with race in this nation. A black person gets different treatment under the law for the same crimes as a white person. Yet if a black person complains about it, the person needs to stop whining and follow directions of any law enforcement officials. A black person with the same resume as a white person has a harder time getting a job. Yet of course the real problem with race in this nation is that white people can't say the "n" word. Black students are more often misidentified as special ed, and under identified as gifted. Yet the real problem is that there's affirmative action. Racism from anyone regardless of race isn't okay. But speaking out about it doesn't mean that blacks are just whining, and not putting in work, or working as hard as anyone else. Discussing it isn't the same as being PC, and it isn't whining.

You should probably have not posted in this thread at all. Because you dont seem to know enough about virtually anything in general to accurately comment or make an opinion. There are things like newsfeeds and google and a new invention called the television that would pretty accurately explain to you why this was a hate crime. Unless its Fox news of course who will probably nominate this guy as the next president of the United States.
Michael Wade Page would probably like to meet this fine young man and share some tribulations. But they would have to do so in "Hell" if that exists.
Not to provide any excuses, but the system doesn't exactly provide help for those seems crazy or mental. People don't want to get other people in trouble or hurt others or in some case with families or friends, pony up the funds necessary to provide help. It's something I'm sure many have to weight everyday. Now, if we have a system that does honestly help people and not cut wide open their pocket, it would be a different story.
