I think he's not "running hard" by design right now. He probably "could" run 100%, but currently the risk of re-injuring it by over-stressing IS high (but gets less and less with each and every day). They've found a medium where you still have his valuable "always make contact" bat in the lineup, and with the shifts he can still handle 2B... but he's got a trainer-imposed limit on running fast while allowing the injury to heal.
Right. And I'm sure that's it... I just don't like it in case he needs to exert himself and over extends by accident and leads to an injury. And there Marwin is.
