With Cameron to follow... pretty much what they're waiting on (and they aren't going to make last year's mistake of announcing cameron's signing and bringing him in... before its all finalized with Bregman).

Ryan Autullo covers UT sports for the Austin American-Statesman. This was expected. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Texas IF recruit <a href="https://twitter.com/KClemens2203">@KClemens2203</a> tells me he will attend Texas and not sign with the Astros, who took him in the 35th round.</p>— Ryan Autullo (@AutulloAAS) <a href="https://twitter.com/AutulloAAS/status/610944882992128000">June 16, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I know is early in the CWS, but I feel good having drafted Bergman over Swanson... Bergman batting .667 Swanson 0-7 batting .000
Swanson had a few solid smacks...just right to the defender. Some bad luck for him. Having said that, Bregman has absolutely been solid. He'll work his way up the system very quickly. Excited to see what he brings in the minors.

Indeed... hell, they even had him starting some games at CF during the NLCS because they needed to work his bat in the lineup. I wouldn't say he was a "failed" prospect... but certainly was never going to be a future franchise corner-stone that some thought he should be (simply because he was a first round pick and was taking over 2B from a franchise icon).
