Matt Ross - also good in Big Love as the 'on the down low' tweaker cult preacher.

Once they got renewed for season 3, I was expecting something EXACTLY like this... where its good news mixed in with a twist that sets things up for next season.

So, both Richard and Gavin are kicked out of their respective companies... something is likely to come of that.

I thought it was fantastic. Season 2 was much more entertaining than season 1. Great finale imo.

If they lost the company I would have given up on it but they saved it as people mentioned.

At first I was pissed they ****ed over Richard...but all the **** and pitfalls they had were pretty much due to his pussyness or incompetence. What that weird lady monica works for said was right if you think about it. Richard is a terrible CEO. He is a great innovative mind....but not a great leader.

LMAO that would actually be hilarious if they brought gavin into the dynamic. Gavin would be a great CEO imo. He has been humbled and would be great for piper if he were to work for them.

The writers would find a way for Gavin to **** PP.

Whoever called Bighetti being the next CEO at Hooli may have called it.

Would love to see Gavin, broke and desperate, moving into Noah's house. They must do something fun with the empty house next door. So many possibilities.

Monica has a board vote, yes? Perhaps she leaves Raviga.

It usually starts the same day as the new GoT. It always follows GoT on their Sunday night line-up.

Who, Baghead? Yep, he must be pretty brilliant... and now his chakra is about to be aligned, so watch the **** out

Great season, great finale. The actor that plays Gavin was just freaking great. His bathroom bit was great, and his joyous, smug face after he "won" arbitration was perfect.

There was some real tension when Richard was trying to communicate that the data shouldn't be nuked. You don't find that in a lot of comedies, but I think it's great. People complained all season about how the company kept slipping toward the brink of extinction. Every big victory was followed by a huge loss. That continued in the finale, and I guess most folks like to be a little more relaxed when they watch a comedy. Hey! This is the structure of the show, folks. You can relax! This isn't Game of Thrones. They're not going to rape Jared or behead Bighead. Probably. And if they do, it will almost certainly be hilarious.

Glad Richard lost his position. He still has a stake in the company, just doesnt have a chair and wont be CEO. He was way too stupid to lead that company...one **** up after another, every single episode. He is annoying in that role and Im glad he no longer has it.

Baghead will definitely be leader of Hooli and Gavin will team up with Pied Piper in some capacity.

    Also, OJ definitely ****s.

I was confused when Laurie said she had 3 votes, she was assuming Monica would vote with her? ...which I guess she did in voting to fire Richard, but I assume she won't next year.

Jared being exiled in that shipping container for four days without food/water/toilet may have been more horrific than any of the imagined acts features on GoT.
