thank god I was wrong tonight! Bats came alive. I hate that I went to go get a chicken tender tray when correa went deep. LOL

This kid is wise beyond his years and his interviewing skills are light years beyond any 20 year old. #Winning.
Love that Luhnow speaks fluent Spanish- I just think if you have a ballclub in which some players have Spanish as their native language, it's great for the GM to be able to communicate with them in that way. Bueno!
Luhnow is straight up from Mexico City. That dude is more hispanic than Correa himself. I liked how when Correa spoke(wise beyond his years), Luhnow just nodded like a proud papa. There is no need for a PR guy with Carlos. The kid is a friggin god send for any GM and franchise.
Yes, I know- it's still good, though- if you're a GM in baseball today, no matter where you're from, it should be required. You're right- he's extremely well-spoken for someone his age.
What decision needs to be made regarding Peacock? Would they actually put him in the rotation or bullpen at this time? And Feldman wasn't exactly inspiring confidence prior to his injury...obviously it's way early but the rotation as it is now seems to be pretty stellar in terms of potential and performance so far
are we just going to ignore... that this was the second best attendance this season? great way to bust out of that slump.
It's time to work on your interviews. My interviews? What I gotta do? You're gonna have to learn your cliches. You're gonna have to study them, you're gonna have to know them. They're your friends. Write this down: "We gotta play it one day at a time." Pretty amazing that as a 20-year-old, he's the most fundamentally sound player in the org in the field, at the plate, and in front of the media.
I don't think anybody is ignoring that.... everybody from the front office, to the local paper, to ROOT, to the players themselves was putting forth a big push to get some more fans to come out to watch the first place Astros. Whoever the main PR person of the Astros is should basically be working day/night to make sure everybody in the city of Houston has an idea of who Carlos Correa is, and why you should come out and see him in person. Even with the recent Rocket success, and this always being a football town, the Astros are not only poised to take over this city again... it may be awhile before they relinquish that attention again. There's just so much to like, along with several likable players, that will make fans come out sooner than I thought heading into this season.
GREAT F***** WIN!!!!!! I was almost certain Felix would K 10+ and the streak would stretch to 8 games. Hernandez ended up having perhaps the WORST game of his life. With our pitching, the bats don't need to perform like tonight. If they can just be slightly above average, we can BALL. Lowrie is still waiting in the weeds. Altuve will get back on track. Good call It's natural for people to like their own the most. The ability to relate is great.
