Me - "Where was the infield playing"

You - "The third baseman was playing third base!"

And I'm needing to admit i'm "wrong"... whatever man...

Well, the good news is that Altuve made the last out, so we have a good break to score in the next inning.

I'd still trade for one this year... even if its a rental.

Think about what the Braves gave up for Bourne... or the Phillies gave up for Oswalt/Pence... pretty sure none of those teams regret making those trades in the short or long run (unfortunately the once promising Pence trade is starting to lose some of its luster).

Carter got a lucky double that led to the only run in the game. We benefitted from a missed call at 2B that should have been a stolen base.

Infield= third base to you. Am I kidding me? Thirdbase was playing slightly back Nick ( normal position) now what's your point? It was a bright play ok? Ya happy? Ya going to be able to sleep tonight?

Theres just no sense in letting guys like Singleton and Santana rot in AAA when they clearly have value imo.

Is the team's money situation that bad that they don't want to pay for 1 real player.

They've already "paid" for Singleton. And Santana is still striking out at a disastrous rate at AAA. They're not worried about "service time" issues for either of them.

But I agree that this team does not currently need a 13-man pitching staff. Even if its simply to have another lefty/righty off the bench to use, they could bring one (or both) of them up.

Trade them back to the Phillies? I don't think that was listed in the "return policy" when they first got them

They're definitely not as alluring as they were when they came over for Pence.

White Sox trying to get VV's pitch count up so that Qualls or Sipp cab get into the game by the sixth. It's a winning strategy against the Astros.

You're gonna have to carry this team Correa.
