Lebron is just superhuman, probably top 3 as far as one of the best players who ever played the game. The very few posters hating on him are just plain wrong.
It is pretty entertaining to hear the Bay Area sports media flipping out and sputtering. Everyone here assumed 100% championship. They may still win it, of course, but the switch is hilarious. They are basically attacking all their role players now. We've got to move the ball! The Cavs are dictating the tempo and that can't happen!
Tristan thompson is getting his stock up while greens is going down . If shumpert made that shot in game 1 ..... man
I saw some Warriors fans whining that Curry just isn't good enough and they should trade him ASAP. Made me laugh because it just shows that fans are pretty much the same no matter which team you're talking about.
I think if Lebron wins this series...i would put him in my top 2 of All Time in the Modern Era. It would be hard and unfair to place him after Magic and Bird. I think some of the hate stems from people placing him as GOAT when his resume is not there yet.
Magic and Bird were all time greats, but they had a lot of help. LeBron is doing this with a team made up of scrubs. Very impressive.
I love trash girls like that for some strange reason. She can afford a front row seat which indicates she has some $$$$...
Yeah quite a luxury for Kerr to be able to bring in former all stars and quality role players at every position. Draymond has been completely neutralized by Thompson and Mozgov has outplayed Bogut too. Delly is fiesty man. Every set I see him trying to screen LeBron's man. Its like Kobe tweeted, Cavs are playing like their lives depend on it, Warriors are acting like they're going to be on top for a while.
I've been very impressed with Lebron this series. His leadership, and willingness to carry the offense. Some ppl knock his ineffeciency this series...but this is the main reason they are competing and ahead. I knocked him in last year finals because although he was very effecient he didn't punish the Spurs for single coverage...this year, his ruthless attack offense is giving Kerr headaches.
^^^One important thing that GSW has is rotation options. They have more ways to make lineup adjustments in search of ones that work. It's what the Spurs had last season. Splitter, for example, could be critical in one series and warm the bench for much of another series. GSW might have to start treating Bogut that way. It may be time to just play David Lee a lot and sit Bogut's ass on the bench for all but, say, 10 minutes a game. It's time to throw out some weird lineups and see whether Cleveland can manage to beat these lineups with their regular guys or has enough options off the bench to match up. Something like this happened with the 2005 Mavs v. Rockets playoff series: Houston took an early series lead, but then lost the series after Dallas went small and Houston just didn't have the personnel to match up with the likes of bigger more athletic wings like Josh Howard and Jerry Stackhouse.
Believing their own press They playing the score [record] . . . not the game Next year they are no where near guaranteed to be back Rocket River
The Golden State Warriors may have suffered another heartbreaking defeat Tuesday night, losing Game 3 of the NBA Finals, 96-91, to the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they seem to have found one bright spot heading into Game 4 – the reemergence of MVP Stephen Curry. For the first 11 (regulation) quarters of the series, the Cavs looked like a defensive juggernaut, holding the Warriors to an average of 87 points per four quarters, 23 points below their regular-season average. But in the second half of Game 3, Curry said he found a weakness and it could be huge moving forward. "I think I found something when it comes to how I’m going to be able to attack their pick-and-rolls and even certain iso situations," Curry said post-game. "I'll keep that in the memory bank going into Game 4, and hopefully it has a trickle over effect into the first quarter of the next game." http://finance.yahoo.com/news/stephen-curry-thinks-found-weakness-173455880.html
A series is 7 games. Depth is HUGE in the playoffs and GS has the deepest team in the league. They are still easily capable of winning this series.
Curry's off the ball hustle has been weak. Delly has been all over him and then gives up too easily in trying to shake him off.
Harden forgetting how to play basketball just like that because of whatever he did prior to the game has my mind racing... And Curry does have the better contract locked in a couple more years... I'm sure Morey considers these facts. Curry can score 20+ in quarter just like that with a comeback from a bad game and has done it on multiple occasions. He's not the playmaker Harden is but good enough.
