Yeah, that black girl in the bikini was probably a Russian spy. You know, we've all seen James Bond. They should have shot her.
Yeah black teens shouldn't feel they are entitled to go to a pool party in a white neighborhood. Who do they think they are? Rosa parks? Cops got to keep the darkies out of the pool. IF they complain, better stomp them down on the ground!
She wasn't put on the ground because she was a threat, she was put on the ground because she talked back to the wrong cop and he didn't put up with her BS. When you run your mouth to the wrong cop, you get cuffed. It's good that she learn this life lesson early, maybe next time she'll just leave and avoid the hassle.
This is an embarrassingly stupid post, I'm not even sure where to start. You do realize that the reason they weren't allowed to be there had nothing to do with their race right? It was a community pool that you have to be a member in order to go....if you just push your way in or jump the fence, it's trespassing. They SHOULDN'T feel entitled to trespass just because they feel like it. When cops tell you to leave when you are trespassing, you leave, or you run the risk of being arrested.....which might entail being put on the ground and cuffed. How is this complicated? I've seen you post halfway intelligent things before so I know you are capable of better. Do better.
When a police officer is committing a crime, people have a right to do justice. Cops are not above the law. You must be a corrupt cop.
If you don't have anything else going on, look up if you have to be breaking the law in order for police to detain you. She was guilty of being a moron who was mouthing off to the wrong cop instead of just going home and IMO got what she had coming......that said, I'm glad that cop is no longer a cop because he handled himself poorly and IMO is an example of a bad cop.
This is what they are counting on. They are counting on people like you to be ignorant to their own rights. It's sad.
McKinney officer resigns due to actions in pool party video McKinney Police Cpl. Eric Casebolt has resigned after video showed him pushing a 15-year-old girl in a swimsuit to the ground and pointing his firearm at other teens. Casebolt's lawyer informed FOX4 of Casebolt's decision on Tuesday afternoon. McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley said Casebolt's actions were “indefensible” during a Tuesday evening news conference. “He came into the call out of control and as the video shows was out of control during the incident.” Conley said. “I had 12 officers on the scene and 11 of them performed according to their training.” The video of the Friday incident involving Casebolt at a McKinney neighborhood pool went viral and had initially landed Casebolt on administrative leave while police officials conduct an investigation. Casebolt was seen pulling Dajerria Becton to the ground and pinning her with his knees while she cried out. He also pulled out his gun and pointed it at other teens and briefly ran after them before being stopped by two fellow McKinney police officers. Throughout the video Casebolt is heard repeatedly cursing. “Our policies, our training, our practice do not support his actions,” Conley said. Mayor Brian Loughmiller said Tuesday during the press conference that the “incident is not indicative of McKinney as a whole.” Casebolt had served in the Navy for a decade from 1993-2003. He was an operations specialist for seven years and in the military police for another three years. From 2003-2005 he was a highway patrol trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Casebolt's now-deleted LinkedIn account stated Casebolt joined the McKinney police force in 2005. Casebolt was also listed as an instructor at the McKinney-based Executive Self-Defense & Fitness Training. Its listing said Casebolt had trained in “several different disciplines of martial arts, but now exclusively trains in Krav Maga combat arts, Arnis, and ground fighting.” The company has since deleted any reference to Casebolt from its website. There is still an investigation into a fight that happened about 30 minutes or so before the incident with the 15-year-old. Two women, one of whom is reportedly a resident, got into it with a party promoter. Online, the party promoter says the woman yelled racial slurs. However, a friend of the resident told FOX 4 on Tuesday that that's out of character. Another rally was held at the McKinney Police Department on Wednesday night. Religious and civic leaders and citizens at the rally said that they were relieved that Casebolt had resigned and that charges against the only teen arrested during the incident had been dropped. http://www.fox4news.com/story/29279422/mckinney-officer-resigns-due-to-video-of-pulling-gun-on-teens
All that really matters. The Police Chief even agrees the officer was in the wrong. This should be the end of the discussion. This is not how we want our police interacting with a bunch of dumb Jr. High kids at an end of school pool party.
Pfft. What the hell do these people know? The cop's actions were totally justified. You'd have to be there to understand.
This statement sort of cuts both ways. The other 11 cops were probably just fine and admirable even in this situation. The issue is, if 11 other cops on the scene saw this guy acting the way he was why didn't they stop him? You can see, when he draws his gun there are two cops nearby (that do not draw their guns). Why didn't they say to this one out of control cop to calm the eff down? I hate the characterization of all police being evil and racist when only a small fraction of them actually are, but I'm shocked at the indifference you see from other officers in the video.
And that's the problem here. Yes she was out of line, but she did not deserve that. That former cop's actions were 100% unwarranted. The teen was being exactly that, a TEEN. Immature, irrational, emotional, and impulsive. And instead of the cop being aware of who he was dealing with, he chose to act as if he was attempting to detain a known terrorist. There's no justice in that. She wasn't getting what she had coming to her. That was an eye for a strand of hair. So yes. I'm going to continue to cry foul and question that cop's motives for his behavior. I'm also going to question the ridiculous logic behind your support for what happened to that teen girl "Got what was coming to her", and your support for reprimanding the cop for carrying out the tough justice that you clearly think the teen deserved. Cognitive dissonance. You can't have it both ways.
