    Which is strange because he's been a broadcaster for over 15 years now...

    You could take somebody from another country who had never watched baseball before, and have him watch baseball for the same amount of time... from the same vantage points (press box)... and he'd be able to read fly balls better.

    And that's before even considering his years as a player... where I'm sure he watched his fair-share of fly balls.
