I hope Morey can find some way to add the necessary players for the Rockets to beat that Warriors team. My goodness.

Now currently rated as #2 team in NBA history based on ELO ratings.

    You are watching history unfold.

Unfortunately the vast majority of history is really boring to watch unfold.

He's wrong. The Spurs were the lucky team.

They could ill afford the injuries they would have accumulated in that series. Would likely be the end of Duncan/Parker/Manu.

sharp execution? that resulted in a mere 2 pts in o/t? that led lebron to take a contested 22 footer at the end of regulation - w/ a full 24-sec clock?

38, that's too many shots even for lebron. too many iso's. idk if this is blatt or just lebron.

on gsw's side, cannot say tonight saw one of their best games, either.

was anticipating a 6- or 7-game series. now with kyrie irving's injury, just donno what to expect. aint looking too good for the cavs for sure.

    Re: Jalen Rose's comment.

The Spurs enter every season risking playing these older guys. And they risk getting a lower seed with every game they rest them in order to preserve their bodies and work in the rest of the rotation.

It almost worked, all they had to do was beat NOP.

At some point people need to stop cutting the Spurs franchise the slack they've been getting for playing it this way and acknowledge that they're playing with fire every time they enter the season with this ageing trio.

the gsw were luckier this yr. just look at their opponents in the playoffs this yr, all w/ starters out.
