Does he go by Barry as his official name in 2015? Did people vote for/vote against Barry Obama or Barack Obama? Does Bobby Jindal go by Bobby or Piyush? Jindal isn't that daft, he knew what name to go with when going into politics.

iirc Cruz opposed the Sandy relief bill because it had no spending offsets and also because a bunch of unrelated corporate welfare pork was included (emergency spending bills are the best time to sneak in that crap).
