(TMZ) Harden was hanging with Ty Lawson last night

If they can burn off the Shved trade exemption they could trade Pap, Prigs, Dorsey and Nick Johnson for Lawson. I'm still mad Morey didn't push harder for him at the deadline

I think it's possible Morey makes a deal. I have a friend from SC who's dad works with the Nuggets FO and she has told me how everyone is available at the right cost.

There isn't anyone they can build a team around and are stuck trying to lure FA's when its not working.

I've been saying this since the Rafer Alston days. Starting PGs that are duds offensively are dying out.

 

Actually, he can, provided he is not doing so on behest of the Rockets Organization. But player to player, it is my understanding that they are free to discuss whatever they like.

 

I want Lawson not because of defense. He has to be guarded at all times.

Also though when Harden sits you can leave Lawson on the floor and not worry about the offense going to the dumpster.

 

The idea is to compare Lawson to Bev/Terry/Prigs/Johnson -- NOT to James Harden. Obviously Lawson will put much more pressure on defenses with his drive & kicks, open floor game, fast break and general floor leadership.

That's the skill set this roster desperately needs at PG.
