I am not sure you can blame integration for all of those issues.

Where did I say it was working?

And your last quote...I don't see the point. I think we have a communication gap that I really don't feel like trying to overcome .

That's interesting... Lol. I bet he gets a nice piece of change. Suckers are born every minute.

MLK said himself that he was "integrating his people into a burning house..." And it's not the blame for all of the issues but it's a big part of the blame (along with Christianity). Different discussion for a different thread though.

The idea that blacks were better off under segregation because it made people sorry for them and prevented them from going to white owned businesses is ridiculous. Being a 2nd class citizen was far more damaging.

Changes in the American economy, stagnation in real wage and quality of life against increasing global competition, lack of educational resources, and the proliferation of drugs has much much more to do with all of this than these crack-pot theories.

I didn't say that... Nor did the article I posted (which apparently you didn't read) say that. You're making shyt up to try to boast your argument...Lol. Segregation forced Black people to build their own businesses (which created their own jobs) and schools (which they created their own policies for). The Black community was better off being segregated because it forced them to build their own infrastructure and have ownership... Integration helped put a stop to that which is why MLK received the platform he did.

Actually that's exactly what your article is saying. And this is just ridiculous. You've got a very twisted view.

No, you got it twisted... Which is probably why you got it twisted that bigtexxx would give a d@mn about some MLK quote when referring to white folks.

I know that. I also know that the majority of the terrorism ever committed is against other Muslims. Most extremist psycho babble (because I don't even think it can be called Islam) have an agenda to kill other Muslims they find to be unfit.
