Another few outings like that and I think Velasquez might be called up. He's dominating right now.

    Don't know which is worse...

Villar's speed (or lack there of)... should've been an easy inside the parker
    or
3rd base coach's decision to send him

I guess you don't grasp the momentum changer concept. Do you watch sports?

That was a big play, after that Marisnick hit a double, and then we had Springer and Altuve hitting behind. The game 4 to 1, men on second, and only 1 out, i like our chances of scoring 1 more run there, and after that we had a game going.

Yeah and if it was a one time deal then Pettis gets a pass but the guy has never shown to be even a decent third base coach. When its game in and game out then this team has a problem. Why the heck the Astros hired him is beyond me unless he and Nolan are buds. Now is the time to cut ties not when you're in a penant race.

Oh, the baseball momentum changer concept. How many runs is that worth? Please explain that one in detail so I can grasp the concept better.

The May pennant race is in jeopardy because of the third base coach. He's costing us the momentum changer quotient of x runs per game.

Don't be ignorant. If you've watched this team at all this year you know how they feed off of each other and can put together a big push following jut one big hit. There's a reason we lead the MLB in most multi run innings. A Triple with nobody out inspires the clubhouse, an out on an attempted inside the parker is just deflating.

    Oh well, on to tomorrow...

What i remember of Pettis, he was a stolen base guy, well, move him to 1b, he has no business as a 3b coach, he is the worse i've seen

It was a big play and a bad decision. That being said, no one knows what would have happened had he stayed at third. Marisnick hit his double with 2 outs and no one on. Do you think the pitch sequence would have been the same if the situation had been different?

No, but remember one thing, Danks was really bad this year, the 4 runs really helped him a lot, but he was getting hit hard on that inning, and he would had pitched with more pressure. Before the game, he had troubles with walk, not in our game because he did not pitch with much pressure. I like our chances with a 3 run deficit, against that pitcher and the top of our lineup hitting in that inning.
