My wild prediction for the Arya plot: Arya assumes the role of Syrio Forel, whose face she finds in the House of Black and White, in order to kill Meryn Trant. It would play into the theory that Syrio is not actually dead/that he is Jaqen H'ghar/a Faceless Man and would make for a fitting end to Trant.\ Regardless, I think it is confirmed that Syrio is a Faceless Man by the similarity between this scene and the training at the House of Black and White: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcjQ4rQQ8H8
I'm guessing that episode was satisfactory to everyone. All I could think at the end was, you guys are not rowing fast enough!
Holy hell that was awesome. Must have been the most expensive episode. So can valyrian steel kill white walkers?
Based off this episode it looks like it definitely can. I think I either read online somewhere in like a wiki or maybe from an earlier episode that Valyrian steel was forged in Valyria centuries ago with dragon fire or something.
When Sam used dragon glass the guy like shriveled up at first, when John killed it him it was instant. But that could have been just because of how intense and rushed this battle scene was.
Definitely one of the best episodes. Didn't think they'd kill off Jon Snow but there were definitely moments that tested it.
This episode had me geeking. Was thinking something was about to pop out of the water when the main white walker started slowly raising his hands
I thought he was going to freeze the ocean or something. Dont know why the zombies cant swim? Theyre already dead. Also, this is the first time they confirmed that Lancel and Cersei tried to get Robert Baratheon killed during the first season. I still have a hard time thinking that their master plan was to get him drunk and hope a boar kills him....
Holy crap! That was intense! I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat! It has to be up for best episode of the series, and it didn't even have any tittays. Best line of the episode. Spoiler
Jon Snow vs. White Walker was waaaay more tense than it had any right to be. Holy crap. Great episode! Just a shame nobody got raped.
