I just can't believe a guy like Lebron James that's significantly taller and bigger than James could also be a PG/PF tandem with no complaints...

Can't shoot, can't pass. The only good thing about him is his speed and defensive potential. He has a very long way to go.

Ohhh u mean a playmaking big that is the new craze of the league?lmao
U are the one who is not realistic. All the teams in the league will have cap space.do u understand this? A max contract willnot be a max in only one single year later.

Either u educate urself on the new realities of the market or u will set up urself for dissapointment.
Dmo Will 100% get a max offer sheet next summer. If his health is good.

Thank you James! Now go get a famn PG Morey.

Sad that this wouldn't have been an issue if Morey didn't fool with the Melo crap

Okay, I see. DMO is probably not getting a Max IMHO. That's that.

Not a bad idea. We need a starting PG first, then get a shooter like him. Don't have much cap room unfortunately.

not disappointed at all. Dmo can be a solid player but in no way is he going to get that offer next year.

    What does this mean Ziggy?

He did not try at all in the end, he was the same lazy defender by the end of the season as he was last year - he can be good, but he doesn't TRY to be, he focuses on offense and rests on defense.

What does....it is what it is mean? Does he not want to win?

A good coach/org would hold him accountable.

Royce White. Dude is basically a LeBron clone. He can run the show as a point forward.

I think Rondo will be better now. He can't afford another stupid season or he won't be able to feed his family like Spree.

There were just too many games and sequences where he was the inside go to scorer and was able to facilitate from the post. Dmo has the highest b-ball IQ of any of the Rockets current big men without a doubt now that the game has completely slowed down for him. With a good conditioning coach/trainer to prevent the type of injury he had, I think he will make a huge leap next year.

Some people really still want Rondo? I think the guy is done. He is not going to become the pre-injury Rondo, his shot is still broken, he doesn't even attack the rim anymore because he is afraid of getting fouled and having to shoot FTs. He is worse than Dwight shooting FTs (less than 40% this season) - let that sink in.

If we get one more bad FT shooter I'm going to freak. There were several games, even in the playoffs, where our abysmal FT shooting killed us. Hit them at a decent enough clip and some games would probably end differently. We are already one of the worst FT shooting teams, we can't afford more bad FT shooters on the team.

We need a second playmaker first and foremost, but one who is good shooting the ball, especially from 3 and FT.

Lowry, Lawson, Dragic would definitely be ideal..Brandon Knight would be great too, although that is very unlikely to happen.

I really don't think Bev will get all that much money in the open market (considering injuries and all), so the Rockets may just match whatever offer he gets. Bev as a backup would be great, if we can find an upgrade at the PG spot. If we can't get a starting caliber PG and Bev stays, then there are plenty of quality backups we could use- maybe someone like Hinrich. He plays solid D, is a decent enough 3pt shooter and a decent playmaker who doesn't turn the ball over all that much.

There will be options and I'm certain that Morey will find someone to get the job done. If all fails however, I'm down for signing Rondo as a backup....for the vet min and not one cent more!
