I agree with Durvasa.....we over achieved and couldn't be more proud. The addition of Dmo and Bev would help, but I also think this team just makes stupid mistakes. I think and hope that changes as they are young and this playoffs was a good learning experience for them. I hope Harden let's this sit like the last playoff loss did and he kicks it into another gear. The west is still a slaughter house from 2-7 seed. Hopefully we can do something to pull away from the pack and seriously challenge the warriors.
No major changes necessary, would like to see a PG upgrade though. Can't run grandpa Terry/Prigioni out there in the playoffs for extended minutes. PF upgrade perhaps as well, although I'd like to see how DMo plays in the playoffs and an additional yea of development from Jones and/or another year of Smith in a backup role.
In order of priority Another defensive wing (backup to Ariza) Pure shooter Full time PG (starter) Defensive PF (backup)
Why does HOU need another star when GS only has 2??? They WERE out coached and 1 of our "stars" took 2 games off this series!!!!
trade jones for a decent 2 way PG. Doesn't have to be starting caliber, but decent. That and a healthy beverly would make a world of difference.

They aren't far away if healthy. Sign shooters, get another PG, keep the core intact, and stay healthy -Signing someone like Danny Green would be perfect -Package Jones with the 1st rounder and whatever else is needed to either trade for a PG or trade up in the draft and draft the best available PG Howard/Capela Motijunas/Smith Ariza/Brewer Harden/Green PG acquired/Beverly/Johnson

You see this is where you have it mixed up, this is the west not the east and saying we overachieved is a cop out. We earned our seeding and we outdid every team in the west not named the Warriors. Its not just getting Dmo and Bev back this team was a lineup mixer all year long with new faces and injuries and whatnot. Id say if we werent so injured we would have had the 2 seed eay more comfortably than we did.
Well for starts another playmaker who can handle ball and take pressure off Harden scoring! Another question we need to ask ourselves is what PF do we keep D-Mo or TJ? Im thinking D-Mo. Def think we have a trade on horizon: Daniels, Papa, Brew, Ariza can't all stay
Morey needs to be absolutely roasted if the point guard position is not upgraded going into next year. Need a floor general.
