He just took an enormous leap to one of the best players in the league. Ball handling, shot making, and on one of the best defensive teams in the league. Hard not to compare them.
lets see his competition before we crown him. 1st round Jrue Holiday - injured/not 100% 2nd round Mike Conley - injured/ not 100% 3rd round Patrick Beverley - injured/ not playing He is playing great, but literally every teams best shot at defending him has not been injured these playoffs.
if Golden State can sustain 60+ games a year for 5-6 than yea curry will have to be in goat pg conversation. Like it or not this man broke like a couple 3 point records in like half as many games
Hand check or no hand check. With his 3p shooting, he be very good in any era. However to be even mention among the all time great PGs, he must first have a sustain period of greatness.
They will change the hall of game rules for this guy. First player ever to be inducted while still playing, he's that good and his daughter OMG so cute!!! I've never seen a little girl toddler as cute as her. HOF toddler too!!!
Curry is a pampered eater of cakes. He's a NBA faberge egg. If Karl Malone elbowed him in the head, he'd shatter into a thousand pieces.
Exactly. People claim greatness after 1-2 seasons are laughable. Greatness is demonstrated through consistency over years and years. IF he can do this for another 5 years, then we can have this discussion.
Isiah and Curry are such drastically different players, you might as well compare Curry to Clyde or Ewing.
to me, he is just another player with good ball handling skills and likes to jack up bad 3 point shot, the only difference is that he is a better shooter than most of the people who tried to do that, he is not close to a elite point guard by any means, i hope lebron would shut him down and send him fishing soon
So you lost hope mr. "Never lose hope". He is the best shooter in the game, and one of the best at pushing off of his defenders
That is a lot of hate. He took a nasty fall last night and was able to come back and contribute well for his team. I would say he is tougher than people give him credit for. It isn't fair to single him out as "new generation" and label him soft when the entire league is different than the 90s.
Curry is the greatest shooter of all time IMO, but he still has holes in his games that hold him back before we start comparing him to HOF pgs
