    Came out flat, stayed that way except for a brief spurt in the 3rd quarter. How a team comes out flat for a critical, series determining game 3 is beyond me. Dwight seemed like the only one that had his game face on. Sometimes your shots don't go in, or your offense is out of synch, or you just don't play well. But there is NO excuse for lack of effort, especially in a situation like that.
