I'm actually very excited for this. It may look eh, but we gotta give it a chance. If you're a huge arrow/flash fan, I think Supergirl can be great as well. Well, I am a huge Arrow/Flash fan... not sure about the rest of you. I'm also a huge Superman fan... so even if this turns out to be bad, I'll still watch it.
The pilot leaked online. It's 1000x better than the trailer; in fact, the trailer is composed of about the first 20 minutes of the pilot. I think it definitely has promise.
I watched first 20 mins of the pilot (up to the roof scene) and had to cut if off. You are saying it improves after that?
Kinda? You will get a much better idea of how the series will play out if you watch the rest. I can't say I recommend it but the first part isn't really a show.
jimmy olsen is b....bald. I will not stand for this! watched it all even though i thought the acting was cringeworthy, but i thought the flash pilot was cringeworthy when it also "leaked". I wonder if they're just saying they're "leaked".
He also has his ish together, is yoked and highly successful. Having only watched the movies, is that in character for him? Seems like he works better as a peter parker type.
Just finished watching the pilot. Utter garbage. More cliches than can count. Will be canceled mid-season. Waste of a time.
We all know why: They are on a mission to put women at the forefront of this new genre that has exploded on the scene. The concept can work with a good production/scripts/lead actress. But a young female superhero in what looks like a cheerleader outfit with cape and boots just ain't gonna "fly". LOL. The pilot is so cheesy I think the show may never launch. This so-called "leak" may really be a wet finger in the wind. You heard it here first. Heh.
Agent Carter isn't a super hero but it was a very good show even though people didnt watch it. It can be done.
No one watched it but Marvel throwing around that Disney money. Agent Carter was renewed for a second season.
I felt like it was a movie and liked the nerdiness... maybe just me. Maybe I was just waiting for Super Nerd Woman.
