    It's not an anti-jinx thread. Jinx isn't what's impacting the outcome of the games, the Warriors' superiority is. They just have more good players than the Rockets do. It is quite impressive that the Rockets kept the game close-- and in today's case VERY close-- in Oakland both times. Really great effort by the Rockets, but even when you fight hard and play well, those random GSW 3 point bombs can still win the game for them. This is what's so frustrating about playing against these guys.

    The odds were against the Rockets, they remain so right now despite two efforts that exceeded the expectations of most people. It is important that the Rocket keep competing hard the rest of the series and win some games even if they don't win the series. These are things that free agents look at when July rolls around.

    If that's the case, if I'm hearing you right, we might as well give up now and stop believing there's a chance they could win the next two and make a real series out of it. For that matter, you're saying, the Rockets should realize how outmatched they are and just let the Warriors roll over them because they're going to win anyway.
