How do you not call a timeout with the ball and 9 seconds left? Can anyone explain this

I'm surprised by that too. Call a time out, expect the double team, set up an alley oop to Dwight...

You will probably get a better look in transition, but harden pulled up. He probably should have attacked regardless of game clock.

I agree with it. They don't get set. High IQ play by curry and Thompson to swarm harden and leave the others. Someone else was open.

I can't believe that. Just unbelievable.

You have to call a timeout there, you just have too.

Kevin thought we didn't have timeouts left.

probably a gamble given that they didnt get to set up defense

Not smart to go 1 on 3 in transition. Call the TO when you see you're outnumbered...

Fine with it...i wished Howard set that pick for him...ala Yao...he couldve gone right for a clean look...

That is 2 game changing plays James did not make...but its ok...the Rockets are a Terry and Josh smith away from making this a real series.

They defend home court ...we must as well

it wasn't a fastbreak, we did not have numbers

should've called timeout but then again, Harden should've shot on the step back... tried doing too much with it

i will take that but players running with shooters on the wing to spread I'm ok with it, yeah timeout would've been ok also 50/50

That's the right move, attack them before the D sets. U should blame the officating, we got beat by the refs. Green had at 2 offense fouls and 3 Defense fouls that weren't called.

I'm thinking Harden thought that was Ariza or someone else. I didn't think he expected that to be Dwight.

Brewer was wide open in the right corner, but he was 1-5 for the game and it would have been a very tough cross court pass to complete while being trapped.

He thought Howard was a trailing shooter. I don't fault Harden for anything here. It was the right play to push in transition

Three things about this game... turnovers, REF's and Illegal screens, we can't buy a call when it is close, it that was Curry and two rockets was reaching for the ball they would have called a foul on Houston.

Golden State is just another fouling dirty team like that other two teams Houston played.
