If what you're saying about Kevin Ding is true, I wonder how he is able to have these votes. Voting Harden 4th or 5th in the MVP race Not Voting Harden for Nba 1st team Just overall biased against the Rockets LOF (and I hardly use that term) I know he only counts as one vote but he still has a vote. This guy shouldn't be allowed to have any votes next season.
It wasn't even close between Curry / Harden and Westbrick. Yet we had people here freaking out that Harden may miss First Team ALL-NBA
Haven't really paid much attention to Kevin Ding this year. Why were some people expecting him to be one of the people that left him off the 1st team list before even seeing who it was? Just curious.

Ding has a longstanding issue w/ Dwight, and now Houston by extension. Also agree that he seems to have a strong affinity for Lin, which doesn't help matters. Everything he writes about this team is grossly, flagrantly biased... Dwight has regressed and isn't that good, Harden is overrated, there's a "deep rift" between Dwight and Harden, blah blah blah. He's the guy who voted Harden 4th in the MVP race, and his current Twitter header is a photo of us getting eliminated from the first round last season. He doesn't even try to hide it, and I think it's pretty disgraceful that the league continues to allow him a vote.
This by a mile. I don't care that he's writes biased articles against the Rockets, it's ridiculous that he gets a vote in all this.
Ding should be fired plain and simple. If you vote harden 2nd team all nba, and 4th in Mvp it just proves that he doesn't know s*** about basketball.
i just read his twitter. pretty hard to believe that he has a picture up from a playoff game over a year ago now. along with quite a lot of negative things about the rockets. what a weird dude
Thanks for the background info. I wonder what exactly is criteria to be aloud to vote. I've seen some of the most (what seem like) random people having voting rights but then some guy's who have a pretty big profile among media not have a vote.
