Dwight was toughing it out all season...just saying, again. Just because it's not a tear doesn't mean he'll be fine. He was basically Asik, when he tried playing on a bruised knee during the year. That might work the season, but not now. We need him with little to no pain.

Looks like this is the only new substantive news? I'll take it.

This injury is huge. Even if he can play through it, he won't be the same. Everyone is going to have to step up, especially rebounding and defensively.

    Good find.

I wonder if that's a good PR move. Let the Warriors see "injury" and underestimate our big man? I like it, if it works out.

So, in other words: He'll be in the starting lineup tomorrow night.

He'll be in the starting lineup but he'll probably be limited. If he looks comfortable he won't be limited. Its basketball not heart surgery

Yeah, whether he can play isn't really the question. If he's going to look like he did earlier this season, then meh. I still feel badly for much I criticized him in the regular season before I realized he was hurt.

Exactly we will win game 2. I was more pessimistic in the clippers series... this series we just need to come out and kick this team's azz.

Thanks for all the info you bring here. You're one of the good ones for sure.

The bit I quoted is news to me. Was it reported or discussed here? Or is it just known to his friends and now us?

Have a little faith, Klutch! I know it's hard being a Rockets fan. Playoff Dwight is going to be back! Team of destiny!

I'm thinking this is going to be the case. Hopefully he can just power through it for a few games. We need his interior defense and rebounding so badly.

I'm trying... I really am. My concern is way more for Dwight than from a purely fan perspective -- it sucks so, so, so much that this happened when it's obvious he wants this SO badly.

    Questionable is not good.
