You are correct. I also was there. This was the 1st game of the season Howard missed.

I honestly don't think Dwight was healthy at any point this season prior to his returning from the plasma injection thing.

By the way, nobody has really been talking about Dwight's knees. Was the procedure THAT good?? I mean dang, the guy has looked 5 years younger since he returned!

Bottom line, the thing which clowns like Skip Bayless never seem to grasp is this: While WE have played GSW 4 times this year, THEY have not played US this year at ALL. So let all of them look at the 4-0 reg season record, and hopefully they will sleepwalk right into a pit of spikes.

Yeah I agree. As I stated on my twitter acct. It has been a breath of fresh air to watch D-Rose & Dwight Howard be significant parts of their team's success in the playoffs. It's a blast from the past.

^^^yes I'm aware D-Rose is no longer in the playoffs, but 1st time he looked "back" since going down.

Dwight did not play in Game 1. He was out with the flu. Only current starters that played were Ariza and Harden, and he still only lost by 13. I remember us getting off to a strong start taking the lead into halftime then they pulled away in the final minutes of the 4th.

Don't forget GSW has not seen Capella either.

Not that the kid is striking fear in GS, but he is one more guy who has to be accounted for in these playoffs.

Capella has been big in the playoffs for the stints he has played, as he has added a shot blocker to patrol the middle when Dwight is on the bench.

He has supplied some really big blocks, not to mention him simply clogging the middle and forcing driving players to dish the ball as well. On offense, his ability to finish on the pick and role has caused teams to play us completely different when he is in the game versus previously having to put Dorsey in. Dorsey is a zero on offense and a zero rim protector, he basically can pull down rebounds.

Marreese Speights will not play in Game 1 and he hurt the Rockets during the season, shooting a crazy percentage in a few of the games as the backup center.

    I guess we will see!

I'm sorry. Thanks for catching that. Dwight indeed was sick that game. Donuts and Black wets our starting bigs.
