Agree 100%. Could easily see a draft day trade up to the top ten with say Jones and the NOP pick. Definitely believe we are retaining Smith for a song and then DMo and parts for a LMA, Love, or Lawson.

he is more athletic but not much else
that hook he was using to get around defenders is an ofensive foul in the nba

That's not the intention, but let's face it, he doesn't have very much value. Would you like it better if I lied about it and started calling him a future all star?

I thought the insiders had confirmed both were offered to Phoenix at some point, but perhaps I got it wrong.

 

TJ has talent.

6'10 with handles, potential to stretch the Defense, decent to good defender and rebounder and he's only 23 yet has been a starter on a contending team for a few seasons now. He also put in some solid performances in the last round of the playoffs

I'm not saying he is potential all-star talent, however his trade stock is pretty high. Definitely enough there for Morey to do what he does best

 

Just an update on Llull:

Sunday will also be a huge day for him as Real Madrid will face Olympiacos for the Euroleague title.

BTW, VSpan caught fire in the last few minutes of their game and carried his team to victory. He may very well be the greatest player in Euroleague history.

Let's hope he doesn't play spoiler to our boy Llull

 

3rd year in a row Llull goes for this yes? He needs to win it, but tbh, it would be better for us I think if he doesn't win till next year. Right now, we need to find a miracle way to resign Smith and Brewer.

 

If I recall correctly, Jones and the 18th were offered for Goran, before the Rockets found out that Goran didn't want to come back to Houston.

Not sure about D-Mo, but I think Morey didn't want to trade him. I am quite sure that both D-Mo and Jones were not offered together for Goran.

The Suns regretted not going for Jones after the trade deadline per cyberx I believe.

 

Figured it wasn't worth creating a new thread, but Gentile will not be returning to Milano and will instead be going on loan to another euroleague team. I'll update with more info as it becomes available.
