Glad now the players (former and current) know the fraud that Brady is.

News from today after Ted Wells gave interview:

-After reviewing text messages, Well found text where one ball called himself "The Deflator." Wells requested a second interview, Patriots refused and stopped cooperating at that point.
-Ted Wells did not say he had to get Brady's phone, offered Brady to just print them and give him copies of the texts. Brady refused.
-Wells disputes phrase "circumstantial evidence" to describe case, says text messages are clear evidence of conspirators communicating about what they did.

Also reports coming out that other teams may have raised objections to the league office in the past.

Ted Wells in response to notion outcome was predetermined, out of jealousy, etc.: The idea the league office ordered a hit on the most popular player and face of the league is ridiculous. (paraphrased)

    More from Wells:
-Says Patriots were all over him from the beginning complaining that they weren't warned ahead of time that a complaint was made. (LOL! Waaaa! Why didn't you tell us we might be in trouble!)
-Wrong to question his independence. Patriots and Brady had no objections to him being appointed and Kraft even supported him.

I actually think it is a fairly light slap on the wrist but given the lack of concrete evidence i can understand the NFL not going all out.

Hell, if anything 4 games off will help Tom rest up for the late season playoff push.

I think 4 games is too light, honestly.

Especially considering the texts show these clowns basically laughing and palling around about it.

    Breaking:

Per multiple sauces, Patriots may sign Dom Grady, an undrafted quarterback from some small school in the Northeast. He may start the first four games.

I know, I know, it's been done already. Still funny.

His fumble rate will skyrocket next year and you will see the fraud that he is.

Tom Brady sucks! Seriously though, this will probably help the Patriots. 12 games vs 16? Tom will be fresh and motivated. Now a 4 playoff game suspension would be a punishment.

Yeah.... good luck with that when he is a first ballot Hall of Famer and regarded as one of the two or three greatest quarterbacks of all time. Is Jerry Rice remembered as a fraud for using stickem? Anthony Munoz for using vasoline?

If you wanted to hate or think less of Brady this confirms it... If you liked Brady you will still like him.

Only thing I will say is unless you have worked closely with a professional sports franchise, you have no idea how common cheating is.

    Paul Hornung?

    Eric Dickerson?

    Jared Allen?

    Big Ben?

    Suh?

    AP?

Not very arbitrary (not sure you know what that word means). If you are suspended multiple games for cheating (on a team with multiple cheating penalties) you are much more likely to be remembered as a cheater. Even someone with your intelligence can understand that.

Eh, the Patriots cheated before... didn't really diminish any of their successful seasons since, including the SB win last year.

i love how all the so called friends of of black people( liberals) are trying to protect brady by bringing up ray rice.. wow.. as if did ray rice serve his punishment

jackie mcmullan, michelle beadle, and others are deflecting saying this is a witchhunt, but had this been wilson or newton, i bet these feminists and libs protecting brady would be asking for this past superbowl to made vacant.

I just don't see a way Brady wasn't involved. If they were letting air out of the balls, then it's obvious the QB wanted it that way. Otherwise, none of this would have ever happened. The issue here is they thought they would never get caught doing it. And, then they can act like the balls mysteriously deflated themselves when the other teams' balls were inflated properly. Any advantage he got from such a move could easily skew the results of any game in which this happened, whether it's because he had a better grip, the ball carried further, etc. . I think it would have been easy for him to prove he wasn't involved at all if that were the case.
