Also to answer your question it's pretty basic stuff.

The point is you establish from the go that the players are going to follow your instruction. From the go. Any real coach with any value does this.

Did you see Carlisle play Rondo? No, a coach with spine is going to sit a player that is ignoring instruction.

This is not the issue though, the issue is they have bad instructions.

Basically at this point, I feel if someone loves McHale they hate the Rockets.

 

Both mchale and harden suggesting that they aren't getting any calls after the clippers complained in game 2

 

Not once did McHale mention anything about defense. Pressure Chris Paul trap the pick and roll and rotate. We look and act like the dumbest team in the world.

 

But we aren't even being aggressive to get any ****ing calls. We need to play some ****ing defense instead of whining about the ****ing officiating.

 

Harden going down the lane doing a ballerina pirouette isnt going to help his case any. He isnt going strong to the rack and forcing the officials hand, he's just flailing out there.

Honestly I'm happy they are because begin respectful to the refs doesn't work.

You have to whine and complain to them that they aren't treating you fairly, that's the only way they understand.

 

Expect the Rockets to go to the free throw line A LOTTTTTTTTTT next game. Rockets will win by 15-20. Clippers will rest and just come blazing in LA on Thursday.

Keeping Mchale was a pathetic decision. We never got a real point guard to help Harden out and Howard doesn't have a power forward that can help him defend big duos. Dmo was doing good during the season but now that he is hurt I wouldn't be surprised if we get rid of him. We always get rid of players (especially hurt ones) and start new the next season. What is our plan for the future? Somebody please tell me.
