Like I said. The way these guys shrink in the big moment looks like they don't even like playing with each other.

Pot calling the kettle black. Never was a die hard McHale supporter, that's you being dishonest to prop up your lousy argument. I support the Rockets and want them to do what's best. We had a great regular season and overcame injuries. However, 3 post seasons and McHale is simply not the guy. I change my opinion as the facts come about and circumstances change. You just keep beating the same drum. I do want you to list so I can do dissect and show you the truth. Just because you keep saying the same thing over and over, doesn't really mean much. A broken clock is right twice a day. You may arrive at the correct answer, but your logic is flawed and irrational.
Wow..... highlight videos sure give the big picture. Ariza simply playing to his career 3 point average would have been more useful than Daniels or Caanon.
Clippers have been together for 4 years, Rockets 2. If i were to blame morey aside from personel its stability. The championship rockets were 1 and done a few years before the stayed together for a minute. The constant roster shuffling equates to a high turnover team which they are. Its hard to win when you're a high turnover team. The rockets 2 best players are high turnover players. Even the mcgrady-ming led teams didnt give away posessions like this one.
I overall agree. However, you still have to have the talent, which if you don't, stability means very little. The turnovers are concerning, despite the fast pace that is partially to blame. Harden, Ariza, DMo, and Howard will more than likely be around next year so you build from there.
Troy Daniels and Canaan? IIRC, Canaan managed to lose his starting job to Ish Smith, and Daniels barely played for the T-Wolves. I'm very concerned about Dwight next season, whether he'll sign an extension or not. This is all on Morey, since he helped build this team and to an extent, decided to sign this coach for the long term. I know we won't be stuck with him, but man it'll be tough if the Rockets return next season with an identical roster.
Howard leaving could be a blessing in disguise as the two man game between Harden and Howard that we hoped for hasn't lived up. Obviously Howard missing half of the season is partially a reason, but it doesn't fully explain. I would rather Howard stay, but that would give us a lot of room to make some changes.
Because they have no leadership on the team, from the coaching or the players. Look at Dwight Howard, after all these yrs he still can't control his emotions.
I'm glad you waited until the end of the series to trash him. H e did a fine job considering a slew of key players were out or are still out with injuries.
The sooner you realize you've been wrong about Morey and are still wrong about Morey, this discussion can end. Hey I was wrong. I eat my crow. Josh Smith was a great move based Morey. Thanks for proving me wrong!
Always been a morey supporter and still am. I feel strongly that morey is our most important asset, more important then harden or dwight. That said I don't think les Alexander gets enough credit. A lot of people praise Cuban for being a good owner and always trying to improve the team, which is true. But so has les Alexander. After winning two rings, he still has always tried to improve the rockets though it doesn't always work out. Signing mcgrady was a big move though it didn't work out. Instead of hiring a ex player to be gm which is the common move he went outside the box and hired a nerd. I'm glad we have him as a owner as much as morey our gm.
