When you replace Bev's defense with two grandpas and Smith and Jones' maddening inconsistencies, those factors can affect the overall balance of a team.

Forget about the Clippers, even in the Dallas series, we were giving up points like a store firesale.

With Speights injured is that huge loss for the Warriors?

they would have to play lee now. not really sure why he doesn't get minutes but probably because his defense is horrible

no way man. grizzlies would destroy both the rockets and clippers inside and with conley back, they are a title contender.

He's a good shooter, therefor has no place on the Rockets.

It matches, really, what was true the last half of the season or so. He just doesn't get any burn at all. Not a good fit anymore, but he's been a real pro about it, to his credit.

For those interested, here's Warrior local media on the loss and the series. These writers have spent most of the last few months talking about the inevitability of playing in the finals, lulz:

Poor Green had a baaaad game.

It's the old Mr. Unreliable trick that OKC pulled on the grizzlies last year. I don't think it is going to work this year. Curry is great but he's not Kevin Durant and the grizzlies (after last year) are ready for this, I believe.

Since when does 1-2 end a best out of 7? If we win two in a row are you still going to say it's over? You really think two in a row is IMPOSSIBLE? Are you kidding?
