I consider myself a moderate. I expected a blowout loss in game 3 will Paul back. Hick the same clippers team lost in a blowout fashion to San Antonio in game 3. The optimistic in me says if we somehow win game 4, we will regain back home court advantage. Only way to do it is by applying pressure defense and for the rockets coaches to smarten up. As is the clippers from their scrubs to their allstars oze with confidence. We have to challenge them and apply more pressure to take them out of their comfort zone. The pessimistic in me think that we are outmatched, outclassed and outcoached. A side note. I hate to talk about referees in a blowout loss but the refs did not do us any favor. After the publicity about those 64 free throws, they made sure it won't happen again.
Rockets have shown no reason to expect that. The Rockets have been blown out repeatedly by teams who are less healthy than we are. When we do win, it's barely Rockets are embarrassing the city. Laughable and pitiful
A blowout loss counts the same as a Cle - Chi loss. If we barely win 4 and get blown out 3 we still advance. I am not worried I think getting embarrassed is good for this team because they usually come out better the next game. Also if we win on Sunday we get HCA back.

I think there's truth on both ends... Our lack of defense is making scrubs look like all-stars. But I think you could put Austin Rivers on an empty court and he couldn't shoot as well as he has been shooting in this series. Also, we should be making him and Reddick work on their defensive end, and we aren't. We don't really have a screen game or much in the way of off-ball movement. We didn't even play pick and roll game at all.

And they won by practically 30 points. They don't need those kinds of performances to blow us out. Redick goes for 7-14 and rivers goes 6-13 and it's still a blowout. 8 made shots isn't going to make up for all those points and other areas. Keep in mind that Blake didn't do much in this game either.
I don't fault you for feeling this way. It's natural. But it's not true at all. They're feeling our pain at least times two.
CP3, Griffin, and Deandre Jordan have been together for 4 years. That's a very good team over there and we are only down 2-1 with a chance to tie it up. We have the ability to tie the series up, especially if we shoot better. There's my glass full take.
