But there's no excuse to give up THIS many points. We allowed the Mavs to score 128 and 121 in those 2 home games in Dallas. We just gave up 124 to the Clippers tonight. And it ain't just an issue with playing on the road, since LA also dropped 117 on the Rockets in Game 1 despite playing on fumes and missing Chris Paul.

Don't try to pass this off on the opponents being really good offensively. Redick is not THAT spectacular of a player. He went 11-14 tonight! And don't get me started on Austin Rivers. He's now lit us up in 2 out of the 3 games so far this series. The Rockets simply aren't putting in any effort at that end of the floor.

Remember mid season when Ariza went ice cold? You knew he was due for another ice cold streak. Too bad he had to have it in the playoffs.

Well this couldn't be more embarrassing. Not only being blown out, but with AUSTIN RIVERS blowing up??? Yikes.

We give McHale and Harden credit for game 2, they should get some credit for this game too. They are not infallible, along with the rest of the team.

    Start complaining.

The Rockets gotta play almost perfect games to beat the Clippers...unfortunately the Clippers don't have to play perfect to beat the Rockets

Very simple. They are CHOOSING to not play defense. I guess they are satisfied with making out of the first round.

If the Rockets don't adress point guard, power foward, backup center and coaching spot - I don't think they can compete with the clips, Warriors and sadly won't win a c'ship.

i still have hope because last series clippers lost in a blow out to spurs game 3 Clippers lost 100-73 by 27 we lost 99-124 by 25. We can still win this series guys stay positive. we just NEED to win game 4 if we dont then series is over. We can still fix this tho stay positive clutch city. Austin Rivers had a career game he cant emulate that. We keep guarding griffin like that find a way to get offense through harden and howard 2nd. We have a few things to fix. I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE CONVINCES MCHALE TO LET BEVERLEY PLAY I THINK IT WOULD JUST COMPLETE OUR DEFENSE. WE DONT REALIZE HOW MUCH BEVERLEY MEANT TO OUR DEFENSE ALL YEAR.

I think the team quit too, but I think Mchale quit on the team first. He HAD to pull out ALL stops to stop that run. He had to.

Instead no changes made, no hack a jordan, just nothing.

It's on the coach to motivate too and pull his guys together and regroup.

Clippers actually played pretty well in the first two games against the Spurs whereas it's three straight games that we played like crap against the Clippers. There is a significant difference so your comparison doesn't hold up. We're 90% done. That's the reality.

Josh Smith has to try man and if he's not put in Capela or Dorsey. We can't have players out there easily being boxed out and not contesting Austin Rivers.

Good thing is we won game 2. If we win game 4 then it's on them to get HCA back

You're right but you white knighting Harden and then point to his stats like that absolves him from playing like a chump. Some his points came in losing time.

I don't think Beverly has been cleared to play by the doctors.

It blows my mind how after every loss their are so many people who put all the blame and want to give up on Harden. The Clippers big run came right after Josh Smith entered the game in the third period. He contributed absolutely nothing on either end of the court. Harden had 11 assist despite almost no one being able to make an open shot all game. How many second chance threes did the Clips make off of offensive rebounds? Was that Harden's fault as well? I get being the star of the team comes with getting blame when things don't go right, but I think there are much bigger problems on the team right now than Harden.
