It's not that we're losing to the Clippers, it's how we're losing. This is an embarrassment, something I've never witnessed in 20+ years as a basketball fan. A team without its best player is dominating another team that was supposed to be equally talented, on their home court. Twice. You always take a step back after the season, but the game tape is undeniable. Our team has gotten badly outcoached, and we will never win a title with Kevin McHale. He has got to go.

If their piss poor defense continues in the second half I might just jump on board.

That being said, again stupid turnovers, shooters who can't shoot, and the PF's and guards getting obliterated. At least Harden is trying on D though I guess.

Gotta make adjustments McHale. Can't do it two games too late.

As much as I want to agree ... There is really no thing McHale can do . Our PF's are getting evicerated and brewer is playing completely out of control . Mchales options are Capela and papanikolau . Really ? You guys want McHale fired because he won't adjust to that ?!?! Lol . Maybe he tries is in the second half , but statistically jones and smith have a much higher probability of pulling their heads out of their asses than Capela or Papa becoming an effective matchup on griffin . If you switch Dwight on him then who boxes out Jordan ? We know from last year Jones will not be able to ... Capela ? LOL no he is like 215 pounds.... Which leaves Dorsey and smith as the best options . YIKES !!!!

The clippers have a huge front court advantage with dmo out and jones and smith playing like ass. McHale can't make them play any better. I'm actually more frustrated at clutchfans reaction than the actual game .. Which is prolly a sign I should not be reading right now , either way I just wanted to educate y'all . Peace .

we need smart coach with smart players. this streetball **** will never work in the playoffs. I'm sorry but Mchale has got to go. and some of the low IQ players (I won't mention their names) has to go also. This team is just dumb. plain dumb.

McHale came out of the half pink in the face like the first game. Screaming instead of scheming. ****ing bozo ass clown.

McHale did put Howard on Blake - that is a significant adjustment.

the clips are one of the only teams who can hang with us athletically... and they're built with a little more length and finesse than we are.

maybe it's time for a shuffle with the assistants?

lmao I would've tried in this in the first game when he started going off in the 2nd quarter. It's not coaching, it's common sense. I bet Clippers will counter though.

It's not really common sense , there are huge trade offs to this .

    # 1 now jones has to box out Jordan .. Good luck
    # 2 Howard is more likely to get into foul trouble
    # 3 you take Howard away from the basket

You HAVE to try something different though and this seems the next logical move. If this doesn't work, you double team. If that doesn't work, you try something different again. It's common sense to try something that isn't working. It's too bad McHale is too stupid to realize it before it's too late.

Yeah but there are better ways jones and smith should try guarding griffin IE making him a jump shooter by playing off him .

8 2nd half points for Griffin.

It may take 2 quarters or 2 games, give him time, he'll adjust. ;)
