Someone activated God mode for Blake... need to maybe think of junking the game up to get back in and mess up their rhythm.

He won't. Clips will be up 20 entering 4th so he'll sit. I say he finishes around 36.

Rockets first needs to upgrade at the coach position before we talk about any other part of the team.

Play Pap on Griffin. He can't be any worse than Jones and Smith.

My goodness, Howard and Harden are trash offensively. Yes, I know Howard has like 13 or 15 points, but majority of his points are due to others setting him up. We can't give him the ball and expect to score on Jordan. He has no offensive game.

Harden is a fraud and it's showing every year in the playoffs.

McHale needs to stop with the BS rotation. Stop playing Prigs and Jones. Try Johnson and Pap. Need to try to pressure the ball.

This roster has no legitimate shooters that other teams are scared of and that's terrible.

Please give me something that we should be positive about aside from Dwight Howard. Seriously. This is not a fluke. The exact same thing happened vs Portland a year ago. Hell, if not for Daniels being in there in OT because Parsons fouled out and knocking down a 3-pointer off a broken play, we would've been swept in that series.

I've defended McHale most of this season, but he has got to go. It's obvious he has no clue how to coach in the playoffs. He treats it like a regular season matchup and makes no adjustments. Even in the Dallas series, every single game played out the same way with the Rockets getting off to hot starts and then sucking in the 2nd quarter. Did he ever change anything in order to remedy that? Nope, he just left the players on their own and thankfully the Mavs imploded because of age, injuries, and Rondo's meltdown.

So how does this team go from where they are now to a team that can win a championship?

Maybe CP3 plays Game 3 and throws off their offensive chemistry

Down by 9 at the half. Chances are slim even if they play better. If we give them 50 we need 59. Just don't see it. There's no way we hold them under 50. So down 0-2 going to LA and likely cooked.

Remember when the 09 Rockets team without McGrady/Yao took the eventual champion Lakers to 7 games? That team had more heart then this. I guess these Rockets thought they won the championship after advancing to the second round because they have not shown up since.

Don't worry this team will start playing great when it's too late so there's that

Actually... Griffin has made some great shots. He's been well defended several times and is just hitting everything.

Here's my hope. We can't keep shooting this bad. If we can find a way to pull this game out, then I feel good about us going forward. Paul is hurt and won't be 100% the whole series. This is our chance to move on. Mchale needs to get this team FOCUSED. A focused team wouldn't be making this many turnovers

Nobody is playing well for the Rockets except for Dwight, and he's still hurting us by missing all the free throws. I'll give Harden a pass for his lackluster offense because the entire Clipper defense is keyed on him, but the terrible defense has got to improve. I'm really tired of seeing his man get a wide open corner shot because James is hanging around the edge of the paint for no reason.

McHale simply hasn't imposed any kind of organization on this team. It's too much chaos, and that won't work when the opposing team can focus all its attention on your bad habits.

Like mchale. Great guy. Some good qualities as a coach. But he's reached his peak. He's the kubiak of the nba.
