Just saying I don't think he's made a play at home close yet. Weak or not, it hasn't been accurate.

Yikes, Bad night in Houston, Astros and Rockets lose games that they appeared to have a big advantage going in.

yeah, I'll give him a few more before I judge negatively. I don't like how he sets himself up for the throws. He has the speed to get a better straight line into the catch before the throw, but he took the fly ball moving more laterally than he needed to. On the base hit, he had no chance--had to take the fastest route to the ball and hope. His momentum gave him little chance there.

my judgment of a great center fielder will always be biased by witnessing beltran in his stint here, where he ran down everything and gunned down the living **** out of like 100% of baserunners.

    Keuchel needs more run support.

Time to start another win streak.

It had more to do with a lefty being on the mound than resting (at least for Rasmus).

The streak was going to end sooner than later, but to end against the Rangers? Yuck.

Keuchel starting to regress, this is two straight starts that he's given up a run. Plus he couldn't go the full 9 in either game. He needs to get his s**t together.

Man I love Keuchel. Something about great pitching, Oswalt is my favorite player and Dallas is becoming my favorite of the current team.

Yesterday was the first game (of which I assume there will be many) that we really missed Lowrie. We had 4 hits against a mediocre pitcher. We needed some more timely hits, which Lowrie is usually good for. His injury hurts even more b/c he's a switch hitter, and could have given more of a challenge to the lefty. Meh.

I feel this way, too. Lowrie's switch-hitting bat was so, so valuable in games where we need to platoon against lefties.

agreed. But Marwin hasn't been bad. He had a hit in yesterday's game and has been pretty clutch. Lowrie is definitely missed and a key piece. Hope he comes back soon!

We lost to the Rangers! Against a pitcher with an 8.66 era! We scored 1 freakin Altuve manufactured run in the 1st! With our Ace on the mound! Talk about crashing down to earth! Deep breath, ok let's get on another roll!

No Rasmus again? Is he really that bad against lefties? Or maybe the better question is: is Grossman better against lefties than Rasmus?
