But, but... I thought Hubie hates the Rockets?!? That's what Clutchfans tells me.

Voulgaris called him on it. I don't think ESS ever responded back.

Or be a fan and have some faith.... Houston fans in general are a lot more pessimistic than any other fan base and its a little annoying. Always have faith till proven otherwise. In my mind nobody is beating us this year and that won't change till we either win 12 more games or we lose 4 in a series either way I belive we got the best team and player in the game.

...I crunched the numbers in an earlier thread and judging by the Warriors' record when Bogut was out earlier this year, if that win percentage was applied to the same amount of games missed that Dwight has, the Rockets and Warriors would have virtually the same record. I would suspect that if Dwight where as healthy as Bogut this year, Houston would have easily been a 60+ win team and again none of this takes into account the lengthy parts of the season Harden was without a starting PG(Beverly), starting PF(tJones), our solid rotation big(D-mo), and the aging bench we started off with(Jason Terry and later Pablo P.), etc.

GSW fans can't say Curry would have made GS a 2 seed if Bogut and Green were both out along with let's say a Harrison Barnes(solid but not exceptional starter - similar to Beverly - a better than replacement level player) , and Festus Ezeli.

I heckle ESS every chance I can get - still no response. The guy is the very definition of a homer.

Also, I love Bob Voulgaris - he is mostly pretty fair.

The dumbass media is not impressed unless you hit threes in practice. Harden did everything this year but sell popcorn at Toyota Center.

The argument that Curry played less is so silly.

only time houston got attention from the media was when the then oilers blew a 30 point lead to the buffalo bills after half time.

harden served up turkey dinner to the homeless over the holidays.

    F the media!

Durant felt snubbed many times and it only made him better. Here's holding up my beer to a snubbed Harden!

now harden can be extra motivated, beat the Clippers and DESTROY the GSW if they made it to the WCF and be the real MVP

Look..MVP does not mean most valuable player to the voters. If it did, how do you quantify that?

Most valuable player in the league? Most valuable player to a team? i.e. if you took anthony davis out of the lineup, how much worse would NO be? same for cleveland? Wouldn't Lebron win it every time?

Instead the formula = Take the top 2 teams, and pick the best player from their lineup.

Look back at the winners of the last 15 NBA MVPs. Majority come from the top team, or the 2nd best.

Watching these State Farm ads, it's clear why Curry had to win. So glad Harden isn't a part of something associated with Chris Paul and John Stockton.

Pathetic tonight, and it started when he didn't even cross halfcourt on defense during that 1st qrtr. I know its just one game...but the demeanor...the body language...all of it just rubbed me wrong. Hopefully I'll forget about it tomorrow.

I have said it all year, Curry is the best in the league and I would trade Harden for him.
