how long do hamstring injuries usually linger? I remember it knocking out Andre Johnson for at least a month.
Cool another excuse to why the rockets won I hope he plays so there is no "houston one because rondo and parsons didn't play, or y'all one because Chris paul didn't play"
It depends on how bad it is and how you take care of it. Trying to play through one or come back too soon can set you back a few weeks which is why teams are usually very cautious with them. But in the playoffs they may be more willing to risk it. If he's fine then he keeps playing, but if he aggravates it then he could end up missing more time than if he'd sat out a game or two. It's kind of a crap shoot.
Reminds me of Magic Johnson's pretend hobble. Dude would hobble in the game and then bam! Blow past you during a critical moment.
We can beat Clippers with or without Paul. We are made for the playoffs. Dwight will dominate. Harden will cancel out Paul and or bench will beat theirs.
Doesn't matter if Paul is out or not. Hamstring injuries don't just go away. If he plays he won't be nearly as effective and there is a high probability of aggravating the injury. I will be surprised if he plays every game this series.
No wonder after winning winning the game he was all just calm and walking around with a glazed look in his eyes...lol
At the very least, he exaggerated the injury it but I believe he may have faked the entire thing. Watching him motor down the court full speed with the ball while appearing to hold his shamstring in place with his off hand seemed so fake to me I laughed at it. Doc and CP3 are a couple of second rate liars and con-men. I wish like hell Beverely was healthy.
