    Inherently so, I root for the Spurs (like you - outside of the Rockets) because I'd rather see a Texas Team win than a team from any other region. If the Rocket's don't make the finals then I look for the Spurs to advance. Might be a bit different this year.:grin:

    I will be cheering like crazy for the Clippers tonight; I want the series to go to seven, no matter who wins. I want either team after an exhausting hard fought series. Prefer the Spurs: easy travel, early start times, all Texas playoff, AND I think we match up with them better than the Clippers. Rather take on the "old farts" than Griffin, Paul, Jordan, and Crawford (who will shoot lights out against every night).

    Definitely. I still lean toward wanting the Clippers in the 2nd round, but regardless, every Rockets fan should want this to go 7. The winner of the series would then be so exhausted that a Game 1 victory would almost be a formality for the Rockets provided they take care of the ball and make a respectable percentage of their shots and free throws(Game 2 would be a slugfest though).

    I'm over here praying for a Clips win. I think they can do it and win it back in the city of angels. Spurs are just tuff and don't want they hack-a-smith/capella/howard. I want the hack-a-DeAndre/Griffin.

    I want that Rockets vs Clips at Staples for Game 3.

    Good news for the Spurs: Doc Rivers is 0-3 when trailing 3-2 in a playoff series. Bad news for the Clippers: Gregg Popovich is 12-1 all-time when leading 3-2 in a playoff series (2013 NBA Finals the only loss).

    Is DeAndre a good position defender? As much as Reggie talks about this guy as his DPOY he kinda sucks. I know Duncan is the best but DeAndre does nothing different guarding the same move.
